Warranty Terms

1. QWATT OÜ (Qilowatt It) mediates the manufacturer’s warranty for the sold product. The warranty entitles the buyer, during the warranty period, to request free repair of the item or, if repair is impossible or unsuccessful, replacement of the item.

2. The warranty covers the costs of repairing defects in the product caused by design, manufacturing, or material faults occurring during the period specified by the manufacturer.

3. The manufacturer’s warranty is limited to restoring the original features and condition of the hardware. Generally, the manufacturer’s warranty does not allow for the replacement of the product with a new one or withdrawal from the sales contract. It also does not cover costs arising from the use or inability to use the product, loss of data, or other similar incidents.

4. The document proving the validity of the purchased product’s warranty is the confirmation of the Sales Agreement or the sales invoice.

5. The warranty period begins from the moment the product is handed over to the buyer and remains valid until the end of the period specified by the product’s manufacturer.

6. If the product is repaired during the warranty period, the warranty is extended by the duration of the repair. When a product is replaced with a new one, the new product is granted a warranty of the same duration as the original sales warranty.

7. The warranty does not exclude or limit the buyer’s right to use other remedies provided by law or the sales agreement.
